Working directly with Local Authorities, universities, public bodies and private developers, we deliver projects through established procurement routes including the South West Wales Regional Framework, SEWSCAP and WPA projects up to £5 million. Our framework status provides a clear, compliant route to market while maintaining assurance on quality, safety and delivery standards. These appointments reflect Korbuild’s financial stability, technical capability and strong health & safety performance, and support our role as Main Contractor and Principal Contractor across education, public‑sector and complex live environments.
